THESE GUIDELINES WERE PUT IN PLACE TO KEEP EVERYONE SAFE AND TO MAKE SURE EVERYONE HAS A PLEASANT SALON EXPERIENCE. PLEASE FOLLOW.
-Prior to your appointment, you will be asked to fill out a Covid-19 liability waiver. The waiver must be filled out and signed to secure your appointment.
-To greet one another, a hug would be so awesome, but elbow bumps will have to do for now.
-There will be no waiting area, so please DO NOT come early for your appointment. Please be on time. If you happen to be early, there is a waiting area in the lobby just past the front desk and elevator where you may wait until it is time for your appointment. If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment will be rescheduled.
-Mask must be worn AT ALL TIMES inside of the salon. You will be asked to change your OUTSIDE MASK to an INSIDE MASK, one you would not mind getting wet or chemicals on. For your convenience, I do have disposable mask available.
-You will be asked to put your phone in a UVC sterilization bin for 5 minutes.
-Right after, you will be directed to the rest room to wash your hands.
-No extra baggage, extra persons or children allowed with you at your appointment.
-Absolutely No eating, mask must remain on AT ALL TIMES.
-No talking on the phone. It is disruptive to other clients.
- Y'all know me "Good Vibes ONLY"! To ensure a peaceful and relaxing salon experience, I respectfully ask that we not discuss Covid-19 because of the unwelcoming energy that it brings.
If you or someone in your household, is or has been sick within the last 30 days, please reschedule your appointment. If you show up to the salon showing ANY signs of cold or flu, your appointment will be cancelled.
All new clients must pay a non refundable deposit and have a new client consultation on their first appointment. If you haven't been serviced at HGRP Salon in over 6 months, you will be considered a new client and must adhere to this policy.
Please cancel via email 48 HOURS BEFORE your scheduled appointment. Failure to do so will result in you having to pay 50% of your scheduled appointment before being able to book another appointment. Payment due within 7 days after your scheduled appointment. No payment= Blocked. No exceptions.
If you fail to not call or show up to your scheduled appointment, you will have to pay 100% of your scheduled appointment before being able to book another one. Payment due within 7 days after your scheduled appointment. No payment= Blocked. No exceptions.
To ensure a pleasant salon experience for appointed clients, please refrain from bringing children and extra people with you to your appointment that are not being serviced.
-Zelle, Venmo and Cards are accepted.
-For payments on sevices and products, NYS tax will be added.
-Gratuities are preferred in cash.
