-Mask must be worn at all times.
-Please DO NOT COME EARLY for your appointment. We are still social distancing at HGRP Salon and only allow a certain amount of guest in the salon. Coming early also disrupts client services, so please come at your appointed time.
-Lateness- In order to properly service you at HGRP Salon, being on time is imperative. If you are running behind, please let your stylist know beforehand. Appointments will be canceled and charged after 15 minutes, no show no contact.
-No extra persons or children allowed with you at your appointment.
-No eating. Drinks are ok.
-Absolutely no casual phone conversations or work calls allowed. It is disruptive. If necessary, please step outside of salon to take your call. Also, please use your headphones for listening on your cellphone and laptop. "Working From Home" is not recommended.

If you or someone in your household, is or has been sick within the last 30 days, please reschedule your appointment. If you show up to the salon showing ANY signs of cold or flu, your appointment will be cancelled and charged.
All new clients must pay a 30% non refundable deposit and have a new client consultation on their first appointment. If you haven't been serviced at HGRP Salon in over 6 months, you will be considered a new client and must adhere to this policy.
Please cancel via Vagaro.com or Email 48 HOURS BEFORE your scheduled appointment. Failure to do so will result in you having to pay 50% of your scheduled appointment before being able to book another appointment. Payment due within 3 days after your scheduled appointment. No payment= Blocked. No exceptions.
If you fail to not call or show up to your scheduled appointment, you will have to pay 100% of your scheduled appointment before being able to book another one. Payment due within 3 days after your scheduled appointment. No payment= Blocked. No exceptions.
-Major credit/debit cards and NFC payments are accepted.
-Venmo, Zelle and Cashapp are NOT ACCEPTED.
-For payments on services and products, NYS tax will be added.
-Gratuities are preferred in cash.
