Hi there! You are considered a New Client if this will be your first visit or if it has been MORE THAN 6 months since your last visit at HGRP Salon. When booking your appointment, you must choose from the "New Client Services" ONLY. You may book a Consultation only or the New Client Bundle which includes a consultation, custom treatment, custom cut and style. It is mandatory that you read the Salon Guidelines before booking your appointment. NO PERMANENT COLOR ON YOUR FIRST APPOINTMENT.
In preparation for your hair appointment, your hair should be fully detangled and ready to be shampooed as soon as you come in. Please make sure your hair is free of oils and extensions of any kind. If you have recently taken down a protective style such as braids or extensions, please make sure to thoroughly section and detangle your hair prior to your appointment. If you are not able to do so, no problem at all, just please inform us prior so that we can add the time to your appointment. The Detangle Service $50, will be added to your appointment.
If you are getting a relaxer, your last shampoo should be 3 to 5 days prior to your appointment. Please do not come in with wet hair.
You are considered a Returning Client if it has been LESS THAN 6 months since your last visit at HGRP Salon. When booking your appointment, you may choose from the "Returning Clients" and "Add-on" services.
If you are getting a relaxer or color, your last shampoo should be 3 to 5 days prior to your appointment. Please do not come in with wet hair.
